Financial Hardship & Community Service Option

If verified financial hardship presents a genuine barrier to payment, a participant may elect to fulfill their financial obligation through approved community service hours calculated at an earned value of $20.00 credit per hour of service (12.0 hours total / equivalent to $240.00 value). Community service hours must be pre-approved and will directly benefit ACH programming. ACH may coordinate with partnered community agencies and organizations, or specific victim restitution services if approved by MC-OPA.

*To request to do community service instead of making payment, go to Contact Page

and click "Requesting Community Service"  option  on form.

**To receive a completion report for the court, participants must submit final payment

and/or verify all required community service hours.

Note: Fee adjustments, waivers, or alternative arrangements for non-DPP participants, mentors or returning alumni continuing in mentorship roles are determined directly by ACH. Fees collected will be used to support program needs and facilitation payments.
